Use Thawte's online renewal forms to make a renewal request. The process starts from your Status Page. An option to renew will only appear within one month of your existing certificate expiry.
You can only renew the certificate, if the renewal contains exactly the same information as your current certificate. If you wish to change the contents of your certificate, such as the company name or domain name, you need to let your existing one expire and request a new certificate. You will be able to change the contact details of your corporate, technical and billing contacts (not all three).
Note, you may sometimes be asked to submit a new CSR for the renewal. In the case of MSIIS, this is every time (due to software bugs). For ApacheSSL, we will resign your existing CSR.
